Two cool crowdfunding campaigns I found! Not that I have the money to spare...

First is PF's multi-species alien squad:

http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/alien-shocktrooper-squad

I think it's a super-cool idea, and since you get multiple heads per mini you can have tons of different types of aliens. I also like that there are a few non-bipedal, non-vertebrate looking aliens in the mix!

Second is to get the third book from Twilight (quirky fantasy, not whiny vampires) done:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1280484354/world-of-twilight-travels-through-anyaral

Cool kickstarter mini, and some starter army deals. This one has already blown its funding goal out of the water, so it's just stretch goals (many of which have been met) from here.

I have a bunch of the Twilight stuff. It's all great stuff. Casting is excellent and the amount of detail is just right. I have a few painted examples in my pbase thread somewhere on here...

I own everything ever done for the twilight range, which means I need to back this to get the new stuff!

Also glad PF is striking out on his own!

Doesn't look like PF's aliens are going to make it - it's a shame. They'd be perfect next to the A7D12 figures Smile

PF's minis were picked up by CP models:
