Ordered up 2 boxes from the Warstore 2 weeks ago, got them yesterday and went to town.
I may save one box for Napoleonics, but as soon as I saw them a few months ago I knew exactly what I was going to do with them; IG light infantry.
Here are 2 pics of my first squad thus far.
Aside from that, anyone playing March of Eagles ? The rules look fantastic, and with 2 boxes of Victrix looks like you could get a mighty fine game in.
They are really drawing me back to Napoleonics that gits! _________________ Tokish prisoner to Constable Edgyr Nikklys on the Fidwog border in Year 8 of the Crusade, after being taken along the frontier "Is the war nearly over you think?"

I have a box of each of their releases for the parts. They are very nicely done and comparable to GW kits.
I have Perry plastics for my napoleonic gaming though. They have a better supporting range if metals.
Nice conversions! |

The Quar are to the right of the picture you booger, shall I take another shot when I get home?
Are Perrys compatible with Victrix? Victrix are a little on the small side for GW, but workable.
I was thining it would be impossible to work the Perrys to convert for GW as they are really on the small side, more 25mm, sort of Foundryish.
And...Im wondering if I do go full on into Napoleonics I can mix the 2.

Yup, roughly 100 of them. They're mostly converted too. My IG Ratling army.
They are old though, before the Quar
Still not painted though, at least I have paint on most of the Quar.

In my opinion victrix and perry don't mix. The victrix are larger. Its ok for the highlanders, since they should be large men, but I wouldn't mix the rest.
The perry stuff is smaller than the GW stuff, more true 28s than 32s. But they mix with all the other perry stuff and I already had several hundred perry AWI and F&IW stuff in metal. |

I always thought there should be a Weird Long War game where the Quar fought weird creatures. Like the kindred. |
